3-Ingredient Banana Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
  3. Add peanut butter and mix well until fully combined.
  4. Stir in most of the chocolate chips and mix evenly.
  5. Line a small baking pan with parchment paper and pour the batter in.
  6. Spread evenly and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until edges are set.
  8. Let brownies cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness and flavor.
Do not overbake or the brownies may become dry.
You can substitute peanut butter with almond butter or cashew butter.
For extra chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
Allow brownies to cool fully to get clean slices.
