Method
- Melt the chopped dark chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Let the melted chocolate cool slightly so it’s not too hot.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Mix a small portion of whipped cream into the melted chocolate to lighten it.
- Gently fold the remaining whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until smooth and airy.
- Spoon the mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set and creamy.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.

- Do not overmix or the mousse may lose its fluffy texture.
- Make sure the chocolate is slightly cooled before mixing with whipped cream.
