- Beat softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar gradually while mixing until fully combined.
- Mix in vanilla extract and beat until light and fluffy.
- Spread or pipe onto cooled cakes or cupcakes.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese and butter are fully softened for a smooth frosting.
Add more powdered sugar if you want a thicker frosting.
Chill the frosting for 10–15 minutes if it becomes too soft for piping.
