Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle optional seeds on top if desired.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Almond flour breads are denser than wheat breads; slice gently.
- Store in an airtight container or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
- Can add herbs or spices for flavor variations.
