Method
 

  1. Wash and dry grapes thoroughly
  2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth
  3. Roll each grape in the cream cheese mixture
  4. Coat with crushed nuts or crumbs if desired
  5. Place coated grapes on a tray
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
