- Wash and dry grapes thoroughly
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth
- Roll each grape in the cream cheese mixture
- Coat with crushed nuts or crumbs if desired
- Place coated grapes on a tray
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
