- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Mix apples blueberries sugar lemon juice cornstarch and cinnamon in a bowl
- Transfer mixture into a baking dish evenly
- In another bowl combine flour oats brown sugar cinnamon and salt
- Rub in cold butter until crumbly texture forms
- Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over fruit
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly
- Let cool slightly before serving
Notes
Use cold butter for a crisp topping
Adjust sugar depending on fruit sweetness
Serve warm for best flavor
