Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried herbs thyme or parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the tray and pat dry.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Place lemon slices on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
