Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef
  • Large flour tortillas
  • Onion chopped
  • Garlic cloves minced
  • Cooked rice
  • Black beans optional
  • Tomato sauce or salsa
  • Shredded cheese
  • Chili powder
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro optional

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion until soft
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper
  5. Add tomato sauce or salsa and simmer for 5 minutes
  6. Mix in cooked rice and black beans, cook for 2–3 minutes
  7. Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible
  8. Place filling in the center of each tortilla
  9. Top with shredded cheese and sour cream
  10. Fold sides and roll tightly into burritos
  11. Toast burritos in a pan until golden (optional)

Notes

Do not overfill the burritos to avoid breaking
Warm tortillas prevent cracking while rolling
Adjust spices according to your taste preference
Use leftover rice for quicker preparation
Toast burritos for extra crispy texture
