Method
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion until soft
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Add tomato sauce or salsa and simmer for 5 minutes
- Mix in cooked rice and black beans, cook for 2–3 minutes
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible
- Place filling in the center of each tortilla
- Top with shredded cheese and sour cream
- Fold sides and roll tightly into burritos
- Toast burritos in a pan until golden (optional)
Notes
Do not overfill the burritos to avoid breaking
