Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter

Method
 

  1. Heat a pan and cook ground beef until browned
  2. Add garlic powder chili powder salt and pepper and mix well
  3. Stir in chopped onion and bell pepper and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
  4. Place tortilla flat and sprinkle cheese on one half
  5. Add beef mixture evenly over the cheese
  6. Top with more cheese and fold the tortilla
  7. Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
  8. Cook quesadilla for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and crispy
  9. Remove from pan cool slightly and slice into triangles

Notes

  • Do not overfill quesadillas to avoid a mess
  • Use medium heat for perfect crispiness
  • Mix different cheeses for a better flavor
  • Serve immediately for the best texture
  • Add jalapeños for extra spice
