Method
- Heat a pan and cook ground beef until browned
- Add garlic powder chili powder salt and pepper and mix well
- Stir in chopped onion and bell pepper and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
- Place tortilla flat and sprinkle cheese on one half
- Add beef mixture evenly over the cheese
- Top with more cheese and fold the tortilla
- Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
- Cook quesadilla for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and crispy
- Remove from pan cool slightly and slice into triangles
Notes
- Do not overfill quesadillas to avoid a mess
- Use medium heat for perfect crispiness
- Mix different cheeses for a better flavor
- Serve immediately for the best texture
- Add jalapeños for extra spice
