- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add diced sweet potatoes and cook for 8–10 minutes until slightly tender
- Stir in onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook until softened
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart
- Season with paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and chili flakes
- Mix well and cook for another 5–7 minutes until fully combined
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot
