Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chili flakes optional
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro optional

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Add diced sweet potatoes and cook for 8–10 minutes until slightly tender
  3. Stir in onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook until softened
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart
  5. Season with paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and chili flakes
  6. Mix well and cook for another 5–7 minutes until fully combined
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot

Notes

Dice sweet potatoes into small pieces for faster cooking
Use lean beef to avoid excess grease
Add spinach or kale for extra nutrition
