Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef
  • Taco shells or tortillas
  • Onion chopped
  • Garlic minced
  • Tomato paste
  • Chili powder
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Lettuce chopped
  • Tomatoes diced
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until soft
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned
  5. Stir in tomato paste and spices
  6. Add a little water and simmer for 5 minutes
  7. Warm taco shells as per instructions
  8. Fill shells with beef mixture
  9. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream
  10. Top with salsa and serve immediately

Notes

  • Do not overcook the beef to keep it juicy
  • Adjust spices based on your taste
  • Warm taco shells for best flavor
  • Add extra toppings like jalapeños for spice
  • Use soft tortillas for a different texture
