Ingredients
  

  • 300 g beef thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables broccoli, carrots, bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Slice beef thinly and mix with soy sauce and cornstarch, let it marinate for 10–15 minutes
  2. Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat
  3. Add beef in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned
  4. Remove beef from pan and set aside
  5. Add vegetables to the same pan and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes
  6. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant
  7. Return beef to the pan and mix well
  8. Add oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, and water
  9. Stir everything together and cook for 2–3 minutes until well coated
  10. Garnish with green onions and serve hot

Notes

Slice beef against the grain for maximum tenderness
Do not overcrowd the pan to avoid steaming instead of frying
Cook vegetables until crisp-tender for the best texture
Adjust the sauce quantity based on your preference
Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture
