Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or crushed nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden and slightly crispy
  2. Mix cream cheese with honey and vanilla extract until smooth
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over toasted bread
  4. Top with fresh berries evenly
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top
  6. Sprinkle chia seeds or nuts if using
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for easy spreading
Fresh berries give the best flavor, but frozen can be used (thawed)
Adjust the sweetness according to your taste
Use whole-grain bread for a healthier option
