- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Lightly steam broccoli until slightly tender
- In a bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, and rice
- Add soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mix well
- Stir in half of the cheese
- Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish
- Top with remaining cheese
- Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly
- Let cool slightly before serving
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep
Do not overcook broccoli to avoid mushiness
Freshly grated cheese melts better and tastes richer
Add chili flakes for a spicy kick
You can skip rice for a low-carb version
