BROWNIES RECIPE

These fudgy brownies are rich, chocolatey, and super easy to make. Perfect for quick dessert cravings or family gatherings. You get a soft, gooey center with a slightly crisp top. No fancy skills needed—just mix, bake, and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper
  2. Mix melted butter and sugar in a bowl until smooth
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well
  4. Add cocoa powder flour salt and baking powder and stir gently
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until center is slightly soft
  8. Let brownies cool before cutting into squares

Notes

Do not overbake to keep brownies fudgy
Use good-quality cocoa powder for better flavor
Let brownies cool completely for clean slices
Add nuts for extra crunch if desired
