Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional pinch of cayenne pepper

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Place wings in a large bowl and add Cajun seasoning and spices.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the wings.
  4. Toss everything until wings are fully coated.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Place wings on the grill and cook for 20–25 minutes.
  7. Flip the wings every 5 minutes for even cooking.
  8. Remove when wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  9. Let wings rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Drying the wings first helps them get crispier.
Adjust Cajun seasoning depending on how spicy you like it.
You can bake these wings in the oven at 425°F if no grill is available.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip for extra flavor.
