Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl, then add cold butter and rub until crumbly.

Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan to form caramel.
Add bananas, cook for 2–3 minutes, then mix in vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour caramelized bananas into baked crust evenly.
Bake again for 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
