- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Notes
Use ripe cherries for the best flavor.
Do not overbake to keep the custardy texture soft.
You can substitute cherries with berries or sliced peaches.
