Ingredients
  

  • 1 package cherry-flavored gelatin 3 oz
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • Optional: maraschino cherries for garnish

Method
 

  1. Dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water.
  2. Pour a small layer into serving cups and refrigerate until slightly set.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
  4. Layer cream mixture over partially set gelatin in cups.
  5. Repeat layers until cups are full.
  6. Chill for 2–3 hours until fully set.
  7. Garnish with maraschino cherries before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, let each layer set slightly before adding the next.
  • Use full-fat cream cheese for creamier texture.
  • Can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
