- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Lightly grease a casserole baking dish
- In a large bowl mix rice chicken broth cream of chicken soup milk onion garlic salt pepper and paprika
- Add the chicken and stir until well combined
- Pour the mixture evenly into the casserole dish
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes
- Remove foil sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake another 10 to 15 minutes
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm
Notes
You can use rotisserie chicken to save time
Add extra vegetables like broccoli or carrots for more nutrition
For a creamier texture, mix a little extra cheese into the casserole before baking
If using brown rice, add extra broth and increase cooking time
