- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Notes
- Do not overcook; the cookie continues to cook in the mug after microwaving.
- Add a scoop of ice cream on top for extra indulgence.
- Can mix in nuts or different chocolate chunks for variety.
