Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
- Whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk in another bowl
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture and mix gently
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Grease a baking dish and pour batter evenly
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until set on top
- Cool slightly before serving
Notes
Use high-quality cocoa powder for best flavor
Do not overmix the batter to keep the texture soft
Avoid overbaking to maintain a gooey center
