Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
  3. Whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk in another bowl
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture and mix gently
  5. Fold in chocolate chips
  6. Grease a baking dish and pour batter evenly
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set on top
  8. Cool slightly before serving

Do not overmix the batter to keep the texture soft
