Ingredients
  

  • 2 –3 fresh oranges sliced into rounds
  • 200 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional, for smooth texture
  • Sea salt flakes optional, for topping

Method
 

  1. Slice oranges evenly into round slices and pat them completely dry.
  2. Melt chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Mix in coconut oil if using for a glossy finish.
  4. Dip each orange slice halfway into melted chocolate.
  5. Place dipped slices on parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt flakes if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until set.

Notes

  • Always dry oranges well, or chocolate won’t stick properly.
  • Use good-quality chocolate for the best taste and texture.
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
  • Best served chilled for a refreshing bite.
