Method
- Slice oranges evenly into round slices and pat them completely dry.
- Melt chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in coconut oil if using for a glossy finish.
- Dip each orange slice halfway into melted chocolate.
- Place dipped slices on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sea salt flakes if desired.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until set.
Notes
- Always dry oranges well, or chocolate won’t stick properly.
- Use good-quality chocolate for the best taste and texture.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
- Best served chilled for a refreshing bite.
