Method
- Wash and thoroughly dry strawberries to help chocolate stick.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into melted chocolate.
- Let excess chocolate drip off and place on parchment paper.
- Add sprinkles or toppings while chocolate is still wet.
- Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Serve once the chocolate is fully hardened.
Notes
- Make sure strawberries are completely dry before dipping.
- Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
