Method
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in short intervals, stirring each time
- Pour melted chocolate over pretzels and mix gently until coated
- Add nuts if using and mix lightly
- Scoop small clusters onto the prepared tray using a spoon
- Drizzle melted white chocolate or add toppings if desired
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until set
- Remove and store in an airtight container
Notes
Do not overheat the chocolate, or it may seize
Use fresh, crunchy pretzels for the best texture
Add extra chocolate if the mixture looks too dry
Store in a cool place to prevent melting
