Method
- Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit
- Fill each date with peanut butter or almond butter
- Add one almond or walnut inside each date
- Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil until smooth
- Dip or drizzle chocolate over each stuffed date
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until set
Notes
Use soft Medjool dates for the best texture
Do not overheat the chocolate to avoid burning
Store in refrigerator for up to one week
You can freeze for a firmer texture
