Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp melted butter for coating
  • 1/3 cup sugar for coating
  • 1 tsp cinnamon for coating

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined
  5. Fill each mini muffin cavity 3/4 full with batter
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden
  7. Let donut holes cool slightly before removing from the pan
  8. Dip each donut hole in melted butter
  9. Roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated
  10. Serve warm and enjoy

Notes

Do not overmix the batter to keep the donut holes soft and fluffy
Use a mini muffin pan for perfect bite-sized shapes
Best served fresh for maximum flavor and texture
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days
Reheat slightly before serving for the best taste
