Ingredients
  

  • 6 small flour tortillas or 3 large tortillas
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut tortillas into triangle shapes like pizza slices.
  3. Brush each triangle with melted butter.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the buttered tortillas.
  6. Arrange triangles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
