- In a bowl, mix oats, peanut butter, and honey until combined
- Add vanilla extract and chocolate chips, and stir well
- Add milk gradually until the mixture becomes soft and rollable
- Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls
- Place balls in refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy anytime
Notes
Add milk slowly to avoid a sticky mixture
Chilling helps the balls hold shape better
Swap peanut butter with almond or cashew butter if desired
Add protein powder for a more filling snack
