COOKIE DOUGH ENERGY BALLS RECIPE

These no-bake cookie dough energy balls are the perfect quick snack for busy days.They’re naturally sweetened, packed with oats, and ready in minutes.Great for meal prep, post-workout bites, or guilt-free dessert cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 –3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix oats, peanut butter, and honey until combined
  2. Add vanilla extract and chocolate chips, and stir well
  3. Add milk gradually until the mixture becomes soft and rollable
  4. Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls
  5. Place balls in refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy anytime

Notes

Add milk slowly to avoid a sticky mixture
Chilling helps the balls hold shape better
Swap peanut butter with almond or cashew butter if desired
Add protein powder for a more filling snack
Store in fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage
