Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steak cubes in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add red pepper flakes and parsley, stirring to combine.
  7. Return steak to skillet and toss in the cowboy butter until evenly coated.
  8. Serve immediately with extra parsley garnish.

Notes

  • Use a hot skillet for a perfect sear.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes for desired heat.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread to soak up the butter.
