Method
- Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steak cubes in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add red pepper flakes and parsley, stirring to combine.
- Return steak to skillet and toss in the cowboy butter until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately with extra parsley garnish.
Notes
- Use a hot skillet for a perfect sear.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired heat.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread to soak up the butter.
