Method
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.
- Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly before mixing.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until smooth.
- Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Use good-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
Do not mix hot chocolate directly into the cream, or it may deflate.
Chill longer for a thicker and more set mousse texture.
