- Blend until smooth and creamy with a slightly thick batter consistency.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
- Pour small portions of batter and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook until both sides are set and fluffy.
- Serve warm with honey, fruits, or your favorite toppings.
