Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour – 1 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup
  • Cooked sausage crumbled – ½ cup
  • Eggs – 2 large
  • Melted butter – 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder or black pepper – optional pinch

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until combined.
  3. Add shredded cheese and cooked sausage and mix evenly.
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.
  6. Scoop dough onto baking tray and shape into biscuit rounds.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and fluffy.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving for best texture.

Notes

Do not overmix the dough, or biscuits may turn dense instead of fluffy.
Use freshly shredded cheese for better melt and texture.
You can add herbs or spices for extra flavor variation.
Best enjoyed warm, but can be stored and reheated easily.
