  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Yogurt or cream – ½ cup chilled

  • Fresh mint leaves – for garnish

Method
 

  1. Blend mango chunks until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt, then blend again.
  3. Mix in chilled yogurt or cream until well combined.

  5. Serve cold and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes
