Ingredients
  

  • 1 Graham cracker crust
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 tub whipped topping thawed
  • 1 tsp lemon zest optional

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate until smooth
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top
  4. Freeze the pie for at least 4–6 hours or until firm
  5. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving for easy slicing
  6. Garnish with lemon zest if desired and serve

Notes

Make sure whipped topping is fully thawed before mixing
Do not overmix to keep the texture light and fluffy
Freeze overnight for best results and firm texture
Use a sharp knife and wipe between cuts for clean slices
Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 1–2 weeks
