Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread yogurt evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle berries, nuts, and optional toppings evenly over the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve immediately.

- Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture.
- Freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
