Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken on the prepared tray and drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for an extra crispy crust.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
