Method
- Preheat grill to medium heat
- Slice pineapple into rings or chunks
- Mix honey, butter, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl
- Brush glaze evenly over pineapple slices
- Place pineapple on grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side
- Flip carefully until grill marks appear and pineapple caramelizes
- Remove from grill and drizzle with lime juice if desired
- Serve warm and enjoy
Notes
Use ripe pineapple for the best sweetness and flavor
Do not overcook, or the pineapple may become mushy
A grill pan can be used if an outdoor grill is unavailable
Add chili powder for a sweet and spicy twist
Best served fresh for maximum flavor
