Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh pineapple peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp lime juice optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat
  2. Slice pineapple into rings or chunks
  3. Mix honey, butter, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl
  4. Brush glaze evenly over pineapple slices
  5. Place pineapple on grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side
  6. Flip carefully until grill marks appear and pineapple caramelizes
  7. Remove from grill and drizzle with lime juice if desired
  8. Serve warm and enjoy

Notes

Use ripe pineapple for the best sweetness and flavor
Do not overcook, or the pineapple may become mushy
A grill pan can be used if an outdoor grill is unavailable
Add chili powder for a sweet and spicy twist
Best served fresh for maximum flavor
