Ingredients
  

  • Grilled sausages 4–5 pieces
  • Potatoes 4 medium, boiled & chopped
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Mustard 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 small, finely chopped
  • Cucumber or pickles 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Grill sausages until browned and cooked through.
  2. Let sausages cool slightly and slice into pieces.
  3. Boil potatoes until fork-tender, then chop into chunks.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add potatoes, sausages, onion, and cucumber to the bowl.
  6. Gently mix everything until well combined.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  8. Garnish with parsley and chill before serving (optional).

Notes

Do not overmix to avoid mashed potatoes texture.
Use warm potatoes for better flavor absorption.
Adjust mayo quantity for desired creaminess.
Chill before serving for enhanced taste.
