- Wash dandelion greens thoroughly and drain well.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until soft and slightly golden.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add dandelion greens and cook until wilted (about 3–5 minutes).
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Mix well and cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat and top with optional nuts or seeds before serving.
