Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple well drained
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Maraschino cherries for topping

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Refrigerate the crust for 15 minutes to set.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold whipped topping gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  7. Layer sliced bananas evenly over the filling.
  8. Spread drained crushed pineapple on top of the bananas.
  9. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the dessert.
  10. Sprinkle chopped nuts and add maraschino cherries on top.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the pineapple is well drained to avoid a soggy cheesecake.
  • Use fully softened cream cheese for a smooth and creamy filling.
  • Chill overnight for the best texture and flavor.
  • Add banana slices just before chilling to keep them fresh and bright.
  • You can use Oreo crust instead of graham crackers for a chocolate twist.
