Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup nuts almonds, cashews, peanuts—your choice
  • 2 –3 tbsp oil olive, coconut, or neutral
  • 1 –2 tbsp sweetener honey, maple syrup, or sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: cocoa powder cinnamon, garlic, herbs, or chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Toast nuts in a dry pan or oven for 5–8 mins for extra flavor.
  2. Blend nuts in a food processor until crumbly, then creamy.
  3. Add oil and sweetener gradually, blending to desired consistency.
  4. Mix in salt and optional spices, herbs, or cocoa powder.
  5. Transfer spread to a jar and chill in the fridge for a few hours.

Notes

  • Toasting nuts enhances flavor but is optional.
  • Adjust the sweetness and oil to your preference.
  • Store in an airtight jar for 2–3 weeks.
  • Pulse less if you want a chunky texture.
  • Experiment with different nuts and flavors for variety.
