Method
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper
- Mix honey garlic soy sauce lemon juice and chili flakes in a bowl
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
- Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes
- Flip salmon and cook another 3–4 minutes
- Pour the sauce over the salmon and let it simmer
- Spoon sauce over fish until thick and glossy
- Remove from heat garnish with parsley and serve
Notes
Do not overcook salmon to keep it juicy and tender
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor results
Adjust sweetness or saltiness according to taste
