Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Whipped cream for topping optional

Method
 

  1. Pour cold milk into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add instant vanilla pudding mix to the milk.
  3. Whisk for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract if using.
  5. Let pudding sit for 2 minutes to fully set.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
  7. Top with whipped cream before serving if desired.

Notes

  • Use cold milk for the best results and quick thickening.
  • Adjust consistency by adding slightly more or less milk.
