Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken thighs or breasts
  • 2 jalapeños chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Blend jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper into a smooth marinade.
  2. Coat chicken thoroughly with the marinade and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Place chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Cook until chicken is fully done and slightly charred on the outside.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Adjust jalapeños based on your spice preference.
  • Marinate overnight for a deeper flavor.
  • Works great with rice, salads, or wraps.
