Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef 80/20
  • Small flour tortillas
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Onion finely chopped
  • Pickles sliced
  • Lettuce shredded
  • Burger sauce or mayo + ketchup
  • Butter or oil

Method
 

  1. Press a thin layer of ground beef onto one side of each tortilla
  2. Season the beef with salt and black pepper
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little butter or oil
  4. Place the tortilla beef-side down in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes
  5. Flip the tortilla and add cheese on top of the beef
  6. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until cheese melts and tortilla is golden
  7. Remove from pan and top with onions, lettuce, pickles, and sauce
  8. Fold like a taco and serve immediately

Notes

Use 80/20 beef for the juiciest results
Cook on high heat for crispy edges
Don’t overcrowd the pan while cooking
Fresh tortillas work best for flexibility
