Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a thick batter forms
  5. Fold in chocolate chips
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the center is slightly soft
  8. Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing

Notes

Use fine almond flour for the best texture
