Method
- Scoop avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, almond milk, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or milk for desired consistency.
- Spoon into serving dishes.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Top with optional whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or berries.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use ripe avocados for best texture; adjust sweetener to taste; can make ahead and chill; add espresso powder for a mocha twist.
