Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream shaved dark chocolate, berries

Method
 

  1. Scoop avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, almond milk, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or milk for desired consistency.
  5. Spoon into serving dishes.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Top with optional whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or berries.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Use ripe avocados for best texture; adjust sweetener to taste; can make ahead and chill; add espresso powder for a mocha twist.
