Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 avocado sliced
  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs optional
  • 1 tbsp shredded cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk well.
  2. Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour in the eggs and cook until they begin to set.
  4. Add smoked salmon and avocado slices on one side of the omelet.
  5. Sprinkle cheese and herbs if using.
  6. Fold the omelet in half and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.

  • Use fresh, ripe avocado for best flavor and texture.
  • Avoid overcooking to keep the omelet soft and fluffy.
  • You can swap salmon with chicken or turkey for variation.
