Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook bacon until crispy and chop into pieces.
- Whisk eggs with heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese, bacon, and optional veggies to the egg mixture.
- Grease muffin tin and pour mixture evenly into 6–8 cups.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until eggs are set and tops are golden.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use any cheese you like; more bacon = more happiness; avoid watery veggies; store in fridge for up to 5 days; can freeze individually.
